KLP Reflexology was officially established on December 6, 2006, in Mentakab, Pahang, Malaysia. Founders Alson Lim and his wife carried the dream of entrepreneurship, determined to establish the first comprehensive health institution in the area that combined foot therapy and traditional Chinese medicine.
In the beginning, foot therapy was not widely recognized locally, causing the company to suffer losses for six consecutive months, and even the traditional Chinese medicine practitioners were unable to continue serving customers. However, facing these challenges, the company leadership decided to focus on providing high-quality foot therapy services and launched a series of innovative health programs, such as foot massages, essential oil full-body massages, Thai massages, foot scrubs, heated eye masks, sea salt foot baths, hot stone treatments, cupping, scraping, ear candles, and Qi candles. Through carefully designed marketing strategies, they promoted brand awareness. After more than ten years of relentless efforts and continuous innovation, the brand has grown steadily, with the team of therapists constantly improving their professional skills, optimizing services, expanding store coverage, and continuously enhancing customer satisfaction, ultimately turning losses into profits.
A white-collar worker under significant work pressure was introduced to KLP Reflexology by a friend, seeking relaxation and stress relief. After a full-body massage session, the customer felt thoroughly relaxed, alleviating muscle tension and fatigue, and regained energy and vitality. Since then, he has become a loyal customer of KLP Reflexology and frequently recommends it to friends and colleagues.
In the course of the company’s growth, we have also received numerous corporate awards. Additionally, the company leaders and team have actively participated in chamber of commerce activities for over ten years and have been repeatedly honored by the chamber. Moreover, we are committed to giving back to society by sponsoring badminton teams, providing massage services to nursing homes, organizing charity massage events, and other forms of corporate social responsibility.
